Sister Jenna was one of the six wampir among the Little Sisters who take up residence for a time in the town of Eluria. She is a second-generation member of her coven, being the daughter of a Sister who tried to leave and ultimately returned. By virtue of her parentage, she wears the Dark Bells that appear to give her the ability to control the can tam.

During her time in Eluria, she tended to both John Norman and Roland Deschain, the latter of whom she helped to escape from the fate suffered by the former.
