Julia Wey was the daughter of Madeleine and Christopher Wey.
She and her mother were killed in an attack that left her father in a coma, but when Christopher awoke, he discovered that he possessed touch-activated psychic abilities, which he used to communicate with Johnny Smith in the past. Smith thus prevented Julia and Madeleine from being murdered, but was unable to stop Christopher from falling into a coma.
Wey was portrayed by Brenna O'Brien.
