Georgia Roux (d. 24 Oct 2017) was a resident of Chester's Mill, Maine, the daughter of Helen and Bob Roux, and the girlfriend of Carter Thibodeau.
On 22 October 2017, the day after Dome Day, she and Thibodeau, along with Junior Rennie, Frank DeLesseps, and Melvin Searles, were sworn in as Special Deputies. That afternoon, the five of them worked security at the joint protest/prayer-group held in the field of Dinsmore's farm. During the confusion after Rory Dinsmore attempted to shoot through the barrier and blinded himself with the ricocheted bullet fragments instead, Roux knocked Samantha Bushey to the ground and kicked her in the breast, calling her a "dyke." Later that night, she watched as Searles, Thibodeau, and DeLesseps raped Bushey in her trailer.
The next day, she, Thibodeau, DeLesseps and Fred Denton were confronted by Piper Libby on the steps of the police department building after Libby got the names of Bushey's rapists from her. That night, Roux, Thibodeau, DeLesseps and Searles were called in to give their statements before Peter Randolph and Jim Rennie regarding the rape allegations and the altercation with Libby. All lied, and Rennie accepted their word, sending them home.
On the morning of the 24th, she was stationed in front of the Food City, which Rennie ordered closed until further notice. She was subsequently hit in the mouth with a rock thrown by Sam Verdreaux, which shattered her jaw and knocked out most of her teeth, inciting a riot. Roux was taken to Catherine Russell Hospital, where she was treated by Rusty Everett, and later by Thurston Marshall. She was visited by DeLesseps, who fell asleep in her room; later that night, both were shot an killed by Bushey.
