Vince Hogan is one of Randall Flagg's followers in The Stand. Like many of the followers he isn't an evil man, but Flagg offers him things that are more important than what Mother Abagail offers. Ultimately he is a doomed man who comes to realize that he made the wrong choice when it's too late.
