Bates High School in The Rage: Carrie 2

Bates High School is a school in Carrie and The Rage: Carrie 2. The school was consumed by a massive fire during The Black Prom on May 25, 1979.

At least 73 people died in the massacre. It was later rebuilt at another place in Chamberlain, Maine where 20 years later many events occurred, which later led to The Black Party that happened at the house of one of the high school students named Mark Bing.

  • Bates High School is the new name given to Ewen High School for the 1976 film of Carrie, the school is named after the famous fictional serial killer, Norman Bates from the 1960 film, Psycho.
