Andrew "Andy" DeLois Sanders is the First Selectman of Chester's Mill, Maine, the widower of Claudette Sanders and father of Dodee Sanders, and the owner and operator of Sanders Hometown Drug.

A short time after Chester's Mill was placed under the dome, devastated by the loss of both his wife and daughter, Andy goes to the secret crystal methamphetamine lab located at the WCIK station, and joins Phil "Chef" Bushey. He becomes addicted to crystal meth and is killed, along with almost everyone else within town limits, when Chef blows up the lab.

According to Stephen King, Sanders is an analogue for President George W. Bush.
