Television miniseries

11/22/63 is an upcoming streaming "event series' based on Stephen King's novel of the same name, set to debut on Hulu.


On 12 February 2015, Deadline announced that James Franco had been cast as Jake Epping in a streaming series adaptation set to debut on Hulu.

On 29 April 2013, Cosmic Book News announced that J. J. Abrams was "in talks to bring 11/22/63 to TV."

The series is being adapted for television by Bridget Carpenter, with Carpenter, King, J. J. Abrams, and Bryan Burk serving as executive producers and Franco serving as a producer. Warner Bros. Television, where Bad Robot Productions is based, will be the studio.

On 6 April 2015, Deadline magazine reported that Sarah Gadon had been cast as Sadie Dunhill.

On 7 April 2015, Deadline reported several more casting decisions: Chris Cooper as Al Templeton, Daniel Webber as Lee Harvey Oswald; Cherry Jones as Marguerite Oswald; George MacKay as Bill Turcotte; Lucy Fry as Marina Oswald; and Leon Rippy as Harry Dunning.

The series premiered on February 15, 2016 (President's Day).
